Televison: from cultural tool to rubbish.

New technologies are nowadays becoming more and more important in our daily life. Television, for example, is one of the most which has changed it programming. We all know that every channel is looking for a thrill, without worrying about anything.

Most of the people think that it is the best tool we have to let our time passes. The other part of the population think that it is the worst way we have to educate young children.

In this essay, I will expose my point of view about that difficult and daily topic, giving arguments for and against.

To start with, I am going to concentrate my attention in those “reality shows” we have nowadays constantly in our television channels. “Gran Hermano”, “Jersey Shore”, “El conquistador del fin del mundo”... They are rubbish if we see the television as a cultural tool. 
We are attracted from this kind of “real” programs which most of them are totally false and manipulated.

On the other hand, television was thought to be the best cultural tool we have in our society, but nowadays it is not like that. We see this kind of programs in order to calm our problems seeing others problems.

To finish with, I have to say that it is clear that the television has changed a lot in the last few years. Although some years ago it was a cultural tool, we clearly know that nowadays it is thought as one of the worst tool in order to learn anything from it.
